within the team tent square areas.
For our new teams, this
year…Tents are typically usually 10x10 and can be purchased at Sam’s, Costco
and Dick’s Sporting Goods. Many of our teams bring their own tents for shade
and also as a meeting place, the day of walk.
Teams can stake their “spot” anywhere within the two team tent square
areas. Space is first come, first serve.
Each team will also have access
to (1)- 6 foot table to have at their team tent area, this year. These tables
will be placed within both team tent square areas. Feel free to grab your table when you arrive
that morning. Please note: You will need to bring a tablecloth or some type
of covering for the table. If you need additional tables for you group,
please bring extras with you, along with chairs and coolers. We are pleased and excited to announce, that KFC will be providing the walk food this year- starting at 9am! Everyone will enjoy fried chicken, mashed potatoes w/gravy and cole slaw. We will also have hot dogs available, along with fruit, soda and water. Lunch will be served from 9am-12noon
